ABOUT

GABBY

Gabby Douglas Mudra

Gabby Douglas

Yoga is Gabby's anchor, grounding her and fostering connection with herself and the world. Each practice session brings her back to a wellspring of love, compassion, and gratitude, providing clarity and strength to both her body and mind. Her teaching focus extends to the benefits and alignment of each pose, injury prevention, mindful breathing, and gentle adjustments for longevity in practice. Delving into the spiritual dimensions of yoga, she imparts wisdom on various levels. Since 1999, Gabby has been immersed in the practice of yoga, with teaching becoming a part of her journey since 2008. Her meditation journey began in 2003, evolving into teaching in 2010. Certified in Vajra Yoga and Meditation (200 hours) with Jill Satterfield and later earning her 500-hour certification through Indra’s Grace Yoga in 2017, Gabby draws from Hatha, Iyengar, Vajra, and Restorative Yoga lineages. She has shared her expertise through classes and retreats globally from Vermont to Texas, Costa Rica and Mexico.
